Joplin Mo.

Nice 80 mile ride onto Joplin Missouri today. The heat wasn’t too bad until the last hour or two of the ride. The hills also started to settle down today which was nice.
Highlights of the day include the trampoline we had at lunch, as well as the excursion that a group of us made to chuck-e-cheese after dinner. It was fairly amusingto see a dozen twenty somethings playing video games designed for childern under the age of ten. The included picture is from the hot dog place that we went to when we got into Joplin. It was recomended to us by the people working at the spokes and spandex bike shop. The hotdogs were a fantastic post lunch snack before dinner.
Tomorrow we leave Missouri, traveling a few miles out of our way to hit up Kansas before getting down to Oklahoma. Tomorrow’s plans include a photo scavanger hunt on route to Vanita (sp?) Ok which is only 69 miles away. Should be an Interesting day.
